Follow the steps below to change your password for signing into your cloud.
NOTE: If you are remoted through multiple levels, (i.e., remoted from your desktop to remote session 1, and then remoting from remote session 1 to remote session 2, etc.), pressing Ctrl + Alt + End will not bring up the prompt.
If you can, disconnect and then reconnect to the server in question directly from your local PC to change the password.
If you cannot, you will need to download the changepassword.vbs file, located here: I:\Abacus Private Cloud\Software, to the appropriate remote session and double-click to run it. This will bring up the prompt allowing you to change your password.Add Comment
