Please have a competent IT person perform these steps. Make a backup of the registry prior to performing these steps.
If the firm cannot generate reports from Firm Reports or My Reports please do the following to correct the issue:
Access the Amicus server
Go to Run and type in Regedit
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\ODBC\OBDC.INI\Amicus
Double click the server key to modify it to point to your SQL server and the Amicus instance.
If you have a split install (Amicus on one server and SQL on another) please point to the SQL server.
To check your Amicus instance name login to SQL Management Studio and verify your instance name.
